Delivery policy

Digital image files will usually be available for download within minutes of completing the order. However more complicated / larger areas may take up to 3 working days to complete. When the file is available for download an email notification will be sent to the contact email provided.

You can also download your data directly from the Mapshop. After your download email has been received please log into your account, click on your name in the top-right corner, and select My Account, then select Orders and you can view and download your previous orders.
